I find it very interesting in how they did things many years ago and this one I really didn't expect. I was in the process of changing the ferrule on a friend/customers cue and came across this screw on capped ferrule with a metal tenon. It kinda threw me for a loop, thought i would snap a couple pics and pass it on. My question is, where do I find one of these screw on ferrules? It is a pretty old Viking, the ferrule was losing shape because of a poor chalking technique. The ferrule seems very soft. If I cant get this kinda of close to factory ferrule, what should I do next? Thanks for your time.
