First time doing business with Jim Baxter and I must say it’s a pleasure to work with him. I first was only interested in joint protectors but as we chatted I became interested in his custom pool cues, one in particular. An Amboyna burl and maple burl custom cue he is finishing up. Consider it sold, I said, a wonderful addition to my collection. Complete with 2 shafts and joint protectors. Ty very much Jim, another 5 star rating

What diameter of shafts will you be getting with it ? If I may I'd suggest getting it fitted for an extension if needed as it would be easier done now than later , I've got one for my main playing cue and love it !

Not sure but tbh I don’t and have never used extensions before. I used a bridge or sometimes shoot one handed. It works for me.

Extensions aren't right for everyone , I for one didn't think much of the idea until I used one a few times .

Jim made a set of joint protectors, solid cocobolo, for my Gilbert jump break. I couldn't be happier.
