Sometimes I Just Dont Look. . . . . . . . .

not sure if any of you guys out there are guilty of this also, i assume you are. at times i just glance at the position of the next ball or two, and then get down to play the shot, and once i get to that next ball i realize my plan isnt going to work.

by this i mean, for example, say you are shooting at the '3' ball, and you glance down the table to see where the '4' ball is. so you play position for the '4' ball, without looking to see EXACTLY what you have. then once i get down over the shot i might then realize that the '4' ball wont go past the '8' ball, and i am hosed. whereas, if i would have just taken the time to go and look the complete shot over i would have obviously seen this problem, and played position differently.

sometimes i just dont take the time to look. and yes, this is my fault, there's no bad luck involved here.

I do that more often than I should....

It's what seperates the amateurs from the pros....
