trying to watch,however it just starts and stops.does anyone know how to stop it. help. george

i have the same thing happen paid 25 for the pass and cant get it to work the video demo is fine but nothing with the video of matches sent them 5 emails still havent heard back from them

I am having no problem with the video at all and watched 6 hours worth of pool for $5. It sounds like your internet connection is too slow for the streaming or you have a computer that cannot handle the processing speed necessary. There is no way to watch this with a dial up speed connection. One other issue, you must watch it live, there is no delayed viewing feature. For me, I have to get up at 4am in the morning to watch it. In California, it starts at 2am.

The video quality has been great, but you do have to watch the British commercials.
