All going smooth all night until BAM! and we get kicked off the network. We're very sorry and really can't give a answer to the problem, other than Wayport, the hotel's Internet service provider, telling us that someone or something violated their network use policy, which caused their bandwidth to be compromised, yada, yada, yada.
The unfortunate thing about it all, is that most viewers that get kicked off, get very frustrated and don't have the patience to stick around and try again. That's our problem and we're hoping it doesn't happen any more. If it does, please hang in there and try logging in again every several minutes. This was a 10-minute delay. Again, we apologize.
When this does happen, we have to shut the whole system off and restart everything, which means we didn't have access to email, etc. Thanks to this forum and AZB to be able to explain the issue to at least some of the viewers.
