South American Pool Scene Anyone?

Antigua the island
Antigua is a very active pool scene. I don't know if it qualifies as South America, but it's close. They have great pool shooters and about every other year they host the Pan-American championship, which is a qualifier for the World 9-ball championship. Costa Rica has some good players, that is Central America of course.
