This extension was custom ordered for a wrapless South West which I used to own. I sold the cue, no longer need this extension.
This extension itself will cost $225 (with all other fees excluded). And butt needs to be shipped to the cuemaker in China and he will make a delrin "threaded" bumper that fits your cue. Which the extension will be screwed into.
I can't be 100% sure it matches all SW, but I will provide the measurements, and I'm sure any cuemaker in the states could turn the delrin bumper for your SW cue or make one that fits.
The bumper insert is about 0.616 inches thick, so you can try measure the inner-diameter to see if they fit. If it's smaller then any cuemaker can sand the delrin to make them fit for your cue.
