Hello cuemakers,

Does anyone know the type of linen wrap that SouthWest uses?

Thanks for your help.

All the cuemakers and experts on this forum and nobody knows a thing about the type of wrap SouthWest uses?!?

I'm just looking to have my wrap replaced, but I don't want to pay SW's outrageous price.

Can anyone offer a solution???

Thanks,
-Shane

You own an awesome cue and it is only fitting that South West should do the rewrap. Please keep the cue all South West. That's my solution.

I doubt that SouthWest uses a special linen. I would suggest finding a capable cue maker or repairman and have them replace the wrap. I would think somewhere in the neighborhood of $40. Good Luck.

Just curious - how much is outrageous?

I'm sure you've heard the old saying Koop, "If ya can't dazzle em with brilliance, baffle em with BS"

It's been a while but I do love that saying. It just doesn't seem right to me and I am still waiting for proof positive that, in fact, it is a cause for accuracy issues. I'm not holding my breath however.
