Has anyone heard the definite dates of Shannon Daulton's 8 ball stop in Greenville SC at Sporty's. I heard at the last stop it will be in August but don't know when. Shannon told me that AZ was supposed to have a tour site but I ain't seen one.

AZ shows one wkend and the viking website (viking is sanctioning the event) says another. I just sent a msg to Shannon asking which wkend it is. As soon as I know, I'll post more.

August 26th & 27th :)

Sporty's is located just off I-385 in Greenville, SC.

From downtown Greenville, take 385 towards Columbia. Exit at Roper Mountain Road and turn right at the top of the ramp. At the next block,
turn right onto Congaree Road.
Game Time is located approx. 1/2 mile on you left.

From I-85, take 385 towards Greenville. Take your first exit (Roper Mountain Road) and turn left over the bridge. At the second red light turn right onto Congaree Road.

Call 864-297-6500 for info

Sporty's (formerly known as Gametime Riptide).

Thanks I have been there for several tourneys, Red Willis,Tommy Kennedy, Viking and KBP. This is a great spot for players and fans with bathrooms as nice as Las Vegas casinos, and plenty of action before and after the tournament. Why don't you come back to SC and see a great tournament, Timberly. The last stop was at the Palace in Greenville SC and the callcutta was unbeliveable with all the great pro and road players that came to play.

If it weren't so far, I would. 600 miles is too much for just a weekend. Jimmy's place is great for tournaments.... decent amount of room between the tables, equipment is in great shape, and seating above the tables for great viewing... just some of the great things you find in a pool room owned by a good player. ;)

I'll always miss Red... he was always good for a lot of woofing and action to back it up. :p

I like both the palace and Jimmy's place... when I'm in town I can always be found in one of them late at night. I spend my days with family & friends(outside of pool) but my nights are always at the pool hall.... I really do miss that place. :(
