Eydie, are ya'll going to the Open, or the Atlanta tourney, or are you guys gonna make me wait until VF to meet you guys?!?!? Wait a sec... I'm pretty sure I might check out GCO & DCC... you gonna be at either of those?

Mike, If I ever find my way south, I'll glady be a spectator to everyone of these & should I ever get back into trying to play again, I might even enter it. ;)

Eydie, tell Bob to get his but down ther fr the 1-hole to. He's got a good shot at the bonus monies if he plays in all 3 events. he's definately hit'em good these days.

Mj,

Wish I could get off to make all 3, but work calls. I have already used some vacation time to get off for the Derby. I'll definitely be there for the 9 ball, though. Maybe next year I can make all 3.

I got the new flyer, by the way.

Mike

I may play in the 9 ball but I can not afford to play in more than that, since there is no entry fee break for women or juniors (???) and there is no payout incentive either (I know your paying 500 bonus but since that does not exclude pros then it is just a matter of Helena or Monica, right?)...I am not sure I can really afford to spend 90.00 for even the good experaince of one event.
I think it sounds like a great event, but maybe more to watch then to play, the way it is set up entry wise...=(

I do not mind donating my cash to get some good experaince but almost 100, is a bit steap for me.

To play in one event is only (8 or 9-Ball) $67 if you have your tour card. If you don't it's only $20 more for a total of $87. (One Tour Card gets you into all 3 events) Also, getting your tour card early would benefit you if you plan on playing in any of our other events in your region (And don't forget, that in our regular $1K and $2K added events Non Pro Women and JR players get FREE entries). We will have additional events at both Pool Rooms and at Murphy's in Athens and at GameTime in Greenville, SC + I'm sure we will have different locations later in the season. Your tour card will be good until we do our Nationals in late 2006 and it get's you into our $25,000 National Championship for no entry fee.

Any way you could give me a last name?
If so, Thanks;

Lamar, that would be Bob ROMANO from the Chicago area. Bob and Eydie run the Windy City Open, The Orlando Open and several other events.

Either Calgary or Vancouver would support a tournament nicely I would think. Calgary gets the SML once a year and get a nice field, I am not sure about any huge money events in Vancouver but with players like Brady Gollan, Stan Tourangeno, Mike Vidas, Paul Potier, John Horsfall, Dan Louie, Glen Atwell, and many others close by a tournament with a decent payout would grab a huge amount of top caliber talent. With enough cash you would get alot of the Calgary folk going to Vancouver or vice versa.
