Southwest Question?

I have never owned a Southwest cue. This may be a stupid question, but what do the numbers represent on the pin? I know that one part of the number is the year. But what is the other number? For example, the number 319-07, 07 is the year, what is the 319? Thanks in advance for the answer.

The first cue of every year is 300 so 319 would be the 19th cue made. 07 is the year the cue was made.
