Does the butt have a weight bolt?
SW cues don't have adjustable weight bolts.
You can ship it to sw and there can add weight if you want. It's about 100 bucks
I'm wondering why you'd want it over 19.5 - 19.7 oz.

Comes down to the density of the wood, Laurie and Company do not core their woods, so unless you opt for the skinny butt option you will be hard pressed to get a cue under 19 oz.
