Please help ID this hoppe style cue
Can't seem to find a hoppe cue that is identical in style/signature. Anyone recognize the maker? It appears to be a very nice long splice with very thin veneers(purple/green/two browns) and has very thin silver rings in the joint collars and no metal collar. The cue looks newer but the finish has some checking in the butt though it looks unchalked. There is also an inscription in the finish that I can't make out(possibly the previous owners name) as well as a gold signature that appears to say EC'72 (or SE?)What do you guys think?
