I am compiling a list of pool player nicknames and have a question about Sparky Ferrell. I think his first name is Samuel, but I am not sure. Anyone know for sure? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am helping a guy write a book and we were considering including a list of pool player nicknames. As you may know, Steve Booth over at Onepocket.org has a very long list and that's where we started. There was a thread here on AZ about nicknames and we got additional nicknames from that thread. And a few more from here and there. We are up to 371 nicknames at present.
