I know this has been mentioned a thousand times. Maybe Randy G himself can answer. What does SPF stand for? It came up during a league conversation and I drew a blank, my brain just froze up. Lil help please.

SPF refers to the three stops of your cue stick. SET at the cueball. PAUSE at the backstroke. FINISH your stroke.

SPF are my best friends, when I do them properly thay never bother me. Heaven forbid that I mess one of them up in competition, I never hear the end of it until I fix it.

SPF is the essence of my stroke.....SPF=randyg
