In my quest for what type of cue I like I've found these two styles.
In one corner, the splices have a feel that's unique to the type of
woods that are used along with the glue which strengthens the forearm
and are the most traditional.
on the core side you have the benefit of using exotic woods,
adding deep points if you like, and the consistency of whatever
your core is.
Feel free to add to the pros and cons of either side or add another side.
