Split the difference aiming system explain

Ok guys
I try to explain the little mike system (split the difference) easier.
You have 4 type cut shot.
( Straight, thick "almost straight", thin "horizon", very thin "edge to edge" )
Straight:
Centre of the cue ball to center of the object ball. ( Clock 12 to 6 o'clock ).
thick cuts: aim straight Centre of the cue ball to center of the object ball (CTC) after that pivot to ¼ or ¾ of the cue ball ( Clock 12 to 6 pivot to 5 o'clock ).
Thin cuts:
Centre of the cue ball to ¼ or ¾ object ball pivot to horizon zone ( horizon is between 5 o'clock to 3 o'clock ) mike says horizon is the area that the object ball leaves the felt to edge of the object ball. ( Clock 12 to 5 pivot to between 4 and 3 o'clock ).
In other word horizon is splitting the difference between ¼ or ¾ to edge of the object ball.
Very thin cuts: line up edge of the cue ball to edge of the object ball and don't care to cue and keep your perception and put the cue on the centre of the cue ball. ( Clock 3 to 3 o'clock ).
You can do it another form:
Edge of the Cue ball to edge of the object ball put your cue on the centre of the object ball and pivot to ¼ ball to edge of Object ball.
This step is a little confusable I know it.
NOTE: pivot in this system is HIP, if you use of the back hand English you will make English on the cue ball.
NOTE: in the very thin cuts or edge to edge this line ( ETE ) should be straight on your chest.
NOTE: when you want to line up to center or ¼,¾ etc. You should put your dominant foot, hand and eye on that line.
NOTE: horizon is splitting the difference between ¼ or ¾ to edge.
NOTE: for aiming after Pivoting to split the difference between ¼ or ¾ you should look at the side of your cue and go to splitting the difference between ¼ or ¾ to Edge.
NOTE: practice practice practice and try to find your errors.
You can do all top parts easier
1: almost straight_ aim centre to centre pivot to ¼ or ¾
2: boomerang_ aim centre to centre look at the horizon and lay down on the table and shot center of the CB to Horizon of the object ball.
3: Edge to Edge_ Cue ball horizon edge to object ball horizon edge and lay down on the table and shoot
NOTE: don't care what's your perception when you lay down on the table in Edge to Edge and horizon shot.
NOTE: pivot should be back hand or hip.
NOTE: you are pivoting for all shots: almost straight and horizontal and edge to edge but you do it mechanical in almost straight but your body and your eyes ( perception ) pivot in horizon and edge to edge.

I wanna explain this aiming system (split the difference)
Its so easy and this method is like the shishkebob aiming system.
I start by the references
We have got 5 position in this method.
1: 0° angle. Center to Center or CB 12 o'clock to OB 6 o'clock.
2: 15° angle. Center to Center pivot to ¼ or ¾. CCB to COB Pivot to ¼ or ¾.
3: 30° angle. Center to ¼ or ¾ pivot to ⅛ or pivot to split the ¼ to edge. CCB to ¼ or ¾ OB Pivot to ⅛ or ⅞.
4: 45° angle. Centre to ⅛ or ⅞ Pivot to OB Edge. CCB to ⅛ or ⅞ OB Pivot to Edge of the OB.
(Little Mike says horizon).
5: 60° angle. Center to Edge pivot to One tip over the Edge of the Object Ball. CCB to EOB pivot to 1 tip Over the Edge of the OB.
(Little Mike says Edge to Edge).
Ok now what you should to do for aiming and alignment ?!
Stand behind the CB to COB/ ½OB /¾OB or ¼OB/ ⅛OB or ⅞ OB and Edge OB. And get down behind the CB one tip Opposite of the Pocket. Its like you wanna hit the ball C To C by On tip English to left or right Depends the pocket.
Attention: you should aim Centre of the Cue ball to your reference point ½ or 50% / ¼,¾ or 25%,75% / ⅛,⅞ or 12.5%, 87.5% and the Edge 100 %
After all you pivot to your second reference and shoot.
we have Got 5 refrence point here But mike speaks about 3 refrence let me to explain it for you guys.
1: Mike doesn't say about straight my first refrence CTC
2: Mike says split #1 Almost straight: CT 50% and Pivot to 75 or 25
3: In the second session of little Mike video you can see he speaks about split #2 not almost straight: CT 75% or 25% and Pivot to split the difference between 75 and edge or 25 and edge
3: the horizon or boom rang: CT ⅛ Or ⅞ and pivot ¼ tip to Center of the Cue ball or pivot to Edge of the OB
4: And last one Edge to Edge: CTE and shoot to the 1 tip over Edge of the OB
Is it hard ?
If you know about hal houle systems or CTE pro one or shishkebob etc. You can understand what he does in the video?!!?
I hope it help you guys and please don't judge me without testing this on the real table.😎
In the picture below you see 3 blue lines 50%/25%/0% or 100% these are first references to alignment. And 4 red lines ¼/ ⅛/ Edge / 1 tip over edge of the object ball these are second references after pivoting.
If you attention ⅛ of Object Ball line is on the horizon.
NOTE: some body asks how to recognize the shot line degree and I say please study about the Table geometry.
All I can say is you have got to be kidding me! I’m glad I’ve played pool long enough that I do my aiming naturally, center ball and otherwise - just by feel and experience. It’s not perfect but it’s simple!

Its not my method its from little mike and when you don't know about it and don't want to understand it go to play by ghost ball or every methods u think is good

Go to youtube. FaDa vlogs. You can see Mike teaching this Kenny. Kenny made several videos with Mike. He also arranged and vids of efren. One is 8 ball with Eberle. Eberle practices at same place Mike plays, cue club. Mike plays efren one pocket. Then efren plays simming chen 9 ball.
Mikes vids cover aiming, kicking, banking and other good stuff. All total there are about a dozen vids, or 12. I don't remember.
FaDa stands for father daughter.

This stuff would work great for estimating what you owe.

@Slide Rule Can I borrow your slide rule? I think I need some coffee at minimum before I can grasp what's going on here. :)
I was thinking the same thing...at first it was making sense to me, then it all went south very quickly. I thought I was going to have get out the old HP 35 scientific calculator.

LoL, if aiming was really that complicated I would have never taken up pool and I was a math/physics major when I started. I figured out my own aiming system which is a combination of ghost ball and automatic (subconscious aiming). With that I can see and make thin cuts at the other end of a 9 ft table, make pretty much any bank shot I try and kick balls into pockets along the way to running the rack. In other words, I just look at the shot, see where the CB has to make contact and shoot it into the pocket, after making allowances for next shot position. Despite my name, the last thing I would do is whip out a protractor to make a shot.

What more would this overly complicated aiming system you are explaining get me for the time required to learn it?
