Sportsmanship rules and tournament directors?

I am wondering how many tournament directors out there have sportsmanship rules and strictly enforce them?

Every region always has the habitual baby throwing tantrums but so many people continue to let these punks into the next tournament which just enhances their behavior.

I wish more tournament directors would be proactive in getting rid of the bad attitudes so everyone else can have a good time.

For us,they have been few and far between. The only prolems we have had has come from the pro players and those have been watched closely and there have been stern warnings.

I will say this, I have seen some rants that I would not ave tolerated at all and I blieve most know it.
