Okay, that doesn't prove they don't make a good shaft. I own Meucci, McCormick and Springfield cf shafts. I'm shooting the Springfield.

Yea I was kind of in-between as well. But judging by the pics of the shaft and tip, and then seeing that they are using a revo for advert, doesn't bode well IMO.

This is totally unacceptable. That tip ferrule and silencer look like absolute crap. Tips not even shaped or burnished. Just my .02 $
WTF?? Is this orig tip or a replacement? Doesn't look any worse or better than other cf shafts i've seen.

MajorMiscue I never said they were bad shafts; I made a comment about zooming in and checking the Logo on the predator REVO they used on their website. I am sure you are happy shooting with you Springfield shaft, as I am happy shooting with my OB Pheonix shaft.

lol no offense but that's the Ugliest looking shaft/ferrule/silencer/tip I have EVER seen in my entire life. I have no reason to lie here. I mean look at the Meucci Pro, its burnished and shaped and the ferrule and silencer fit properly.DeeShooter

thats the cause! I can tell you this from experience that the facing on the cue or shaft or both is not squared. I have seen this countless times, the last time a friend of mine bought a carbon shaft from OB and his cue and shaft were not square so I put them on my lathe and when I was done they rolled true.I don't examine every shaft i use with a magnifying glass. And no i don't represent the co. All we have to go by is the words of someone who had never been on AZ other than to knock this shaft. No pics/video of any kind. Then he says he's selling it on Ebay???? Seriously??? You have this supposedly defective product but you're now willing to pawn it off on others? I checked Ebay and its not there btw. I'm just not real big on dragging a company thru the mud with zero proof other than words on a forum. Done here.Lol are you a spokesman for Springfield? Are you blind?

Here are the facts Doug in a video and the only reason I am on here is because you wanted me to pay to have a product shipped back to you that was faulty before actually leaving your facility. My butt was brand new and not warped like you stated that's why I put it in a video. If you product was not subpar I would be on this form singing you praises but its not and it is sad that is has come to this and you made is seem like I had an ulterior motive by asking you for some replacement tips and a $100 refund. That was so I could get it fixed at a quality shop out here in CA and not pay for shipping for a 3rd time. And frankly why would I send it back when you had my brand new butt a your location and got it wrong the first time and covered it up by saying my brand new butt was warped. You had to have put it together to verify straightness right?!? Does not seem like you did! LOOK AT THE VIDEO!

I got your joke you are hilarious...LOL! That is what I told him but he said my brand new butt was warped and that is why I had to make a video. He didn't square it or test for straightness it before he sent it out to me and I sent him my but first. Since the shaft and the butt rolls straight when they are separated the logical problem area would be the joint and how it was constructed. And since that is a manufacturing issue the company should be responsible for the cost of correcting the issue. If not then that is a company I do not want to deal with anymore. I will take my loss and try and sell it on Ebay and stick with my Cuetec.....NO issues there with anything!!! Quality!Your table is not level

You don't need to examine with a magnifying glass just make sure they can roll straight before shipping....that would be great! HERE IS YOUR VIDEO YOU SAY I DON'T HAVE! I went to the bar at 8 am this morning just to make this video because whoever I talked to at you company didn't believe that your company sent out a faulty product. Now we are done here!
