In a recent dealing with Alex Alpert, I sent an Alpert cue back to him to correct a couple things I thought it needed. In the process, the cue was damaged in the lathe. Rather than have me wait for him to try to correct it, he offered to buy the cue back so he could repair it in his own time. Just letting AZers know, he's a stand-up guy and a man of his word. I will in the future, buy another cue & do business with Alex.
