The J.Pechauer Southeast Open 9-ball Tour, tournament director Tommy Kennedy, assistant director Tom Potter & Shawn Putnam pictured here. Tommy & Shawn had a barn burner of a final race to 11. Tommy Kennedy came out on top when it was all over with a score of 11 to 9 over Shawn Putnam.
