congratulations go out to Chuck for winning the Pepsi Open tournament, as well as Justin for his victory on Sunday. I talked to AJ a week ago, and he said he was playing for the bar table, but not in the actual tournament on saturday...not sure why not. Newayz, thanks for the update watches. by chance do you know how Dustin Dunham done in the tourny ?

Dustin Dunham done good. Top 6, I believe. Scratched on a 9 Ball, hill-hill as he had to shoot opposite handed and thin cut the ball froze, down the bottom rail to left corner pocket Cue ball scratched up in top right corner pocket.

AJ is not allowed to play in the Saturday Pepsi tournament. This tournament was originally setup and still stands for no AA players allowed. Now, some players that play in the tournament currently might be considered a AA player BUT they do not ding you for improving your game. If you were eligible in earlier years then you are still eligible to play until you win. Sounds fair to me.

thanks

thanks for the info on Dustin, I have known him for quite awhile, played him at a small tourny in Union, MO a couple weeks ago, beat him 5-1 then lost to AJ 5-2 in the finals. Pretty tough field for a small tournament!

I don't see any problems the way that the "rail" does their tournaments, w/not punishing players for getting better. Good ran tournament every year, Mark does a great job w/it every time I go. Looking forward to next year.
