Question? If I replace the Irish linen wrap on my cue with a stack leather wrap am I changing the weight of my cue?

I did this with my Schon and it now feels heavier. This could be in my mind, but I don't think so...

I don't know what the weight was before, so I can't compare it to the weight now. It was already a heavy cue to start with... maybe 20 oz. I'll weigh it later to find out the current weight.

I would hate to go back to Irish linen, don't like the feel and look.

When I install a linen wrap to my cues it adds a .5 ozs to the total weight of the cue. I do install stack leather wraps so I dont know forsure how much they weight, but it cant me much more than that.
