I know it's not in NY but I had Ryan(ratcues) from Muellers do one for me.
He did a great job & only about 2week turn around time. And it was a wrap less cue.

Ryan is one of the best, Ive had refinish work done by him, and ive owned his cues. I was hoping to find one local so I dont have to waste 10 days in shipping time. thanks.
