All,

Since trying to work a partial trade deal for my Martinez didn't work, I figured I'd throw a "Wanted" posting out there, just to see if there are any "lower end" piloted customs available.

Turns out, I'm pretty happy with the Martinez cue...so it looks as though I'll hold onto it for awhile. That doesn't change the fact that I'm still looking to acquire a piloted stainless jointed cue.

Prefer Black Boar, Jensen, Scruggs, Mottey, White, or similar.

Nothing fancy or heavily inlaid. Just a nice player's cue. 19-19.5 ounces, straight, and in good shape is what I'm after. A cue like the one Mr. Gartland has posted (10-03 Jim White) is what I have in mind. (Sent you a PM, Mike).

Hit me up if you've got something that fits the bill. Thanks!

Very much a nice cue, sir...but not really into Phillippi cues. Haven't had much luck with the two I owned.

That's not to say that they aren't great cues....they are. And Rick is one of the nicest guys I've ever met in the pool world......but now I have it stuck in my head that I can't play with one. Hell, I can't play with MOST cues I've owned!! :) :)

White for Sale

Please PM me if interested. I have a 4 point White with Lizard warp I am considering selling. Beautiful cue. Has been played with but in like new condition. BEM forearm with Purple Heart in the points and butt. Ivory Hoppe ring. The joint is stainless steel but flat faced not piloted. Fairly rare and has a great hit.
I also have a Dayton Cocobolo player, flat faced joint, kangaroo leather wrap, two old growth shafts and one Predator 1st generation Z - all with matching rings. I recently bought a Tascarella from gmcole and one of them needs to go. Jeff can vouch for me. I can send pictures of either cue.
