$1500 added $50 entry fee %100 payback no hidden fees
Oct 10th and 11th
Friday night $20
minis
texas express rules/race to 9/doublr elimination until finals (1 race to 12)
Loser's bracket race to 7 on Saturday
9 ft Gold Crowns w\simonis
All players must be paid and present by 11 AM Saturday
Starcade will be open at 9 AM both days for free practice for players
until start time.

this is always a great tournament for the players as well as the spectators and a tribute to a best friend who will be missed by the pool community.

I always liked the way Robin and Andy Grubbs and crew handled this tournament. You're right. Both of these guys will be sorely missed.

I feel certain that this tournament will continue on for many years to come. Robin and Andy were two of the best people that ever owned and managed a pool room. Those who were left behind learned from them and I'm sure will continue the tradition.

How late will the tournament play on Sunday? I would like to play / watch, but cannot stay until late night Sunday. Thanks for info on this.

If you make it through saturday this tourney is not a late night tourney on sunday one of the best ran tournaments around

Thanks for the info. Not sure that I can make it, but I have found Starcades to be a really valuable spot for players in Northern Florida and surrounding states. I found a lot of good links on the tournaments they have sponsored and put them all together for a short article announcing the tournament. I hope you guys will announce the winners on AZ like usual.
