Hey,

as i have said before in a previous post my mental game has been super strong, but i havent been able to get my stroke to click in with the mental game due to my shoulder (Clicking) injury.

i have been doing some light excercizes to help strenthen the muscles in my neck and shoulders, to help support my neck issues.

well i played last night, and i felt like everything Clicked right.

I met up with charlie to play a couple of 100 point games, and everything seemed to gel very nicely...No Pain, No Clicking and good play, just played some solid 14.1

took my time stayed comfortably, didnt overdue any shot. i practiced the KISS method. had no major runs, but did have some Run Stoppers due to equipment failure...

all in all i was quite pleased by the outing, and i hope this is a sign that the pain has subsided and good things are to come...

I have been working with charlie (Forumghost516) on getting his game back up to speed, and hopefully surpass where he was previously.... he seems to be really applying himself very nicely, i wonder if it has anything to do with what he sees in my intensity and new found discipline !!

Good Numbers Are Coming from the both of us, just stay tuned !

Wish Us Luck!

steve: there is no separating the mental from the physical. well, at least not in this life anyway. the player who is in better physical condition has the edge on players of equal ability. keep up the workout routine and it will pay dividends in the form of pocketed balls.
