Either the ghost nudges it a touch or is it static ? The CB will move a tiny bit just before I make the final stroke . Mostly though it's the surprise of WTH just as I'm shooting . Good tables and cloth or bad tables it happens often enough kinda curious as to why it happens

may the force be with you.....;)

Any proof?? A video would tell a lot.

Doesn't sound likely - I'm thinking it could be a vision distortion thing. Do you wear glasses or contacts while playing? Maybe move your visual focus right then?

My best advice. Stand up. Say “f off!” Reset and drain it…………Then tell that monster next time they want to mess with you they better give you a happy ending……

Is this on a bar table with the ferrous ball? Guy asked me how the rock knows where to go so I explained to him. Had a few laughs dragging the ball around with a refrigerator magnet.

In all honesty maybe your final backstroke is going back a little farther than your warmup strokes causing a bit of body movement. Just a thought. Try just stroking on your warm up strokes. Don’t focus on a final stroke. See if it still happens. 1-2-3-4(hit) instead of 1-2-3-pause-hit

It's been argued that the spots wear differently than the rest of the ball.
Could this be it??

Thanks for all the answers , Sounds funny but I began to see this happen and until I mentioned it to other people nobody saw this happen . Now pretty much all of the people I play with have seen this happen on their own tables or where ever and it is a fairly common sight , I'm 63 and clean and sober for 29 years so the LSD prolly wore off by now and don't wear glasses when playing :ROFLMAO:
Thanks again
