The book is coming along just fine. I've still got some work to do on it, but everything looks good. Some kind folks have provided me with generous tips and insights to assist me in the process, and for that I am very appreciative. Thanks for your interest.
Good luck with the book, Keith. 
I won't buy it unless "It's like a nightmare, isn't it?" is somewhere on the jacket. 
That or, "It just keeps getting worse and worse, doesn't it?"
