I will answer a few Questions here that I got in Pms

Steady rest includes every thing in picture(bed, feet, linear bearing, bearing ect)

Length is about 23-24 inches (its been packed in a small triangle priority mail box for a while)

Inside diameter of the bearing is 25mm (about an inch) with the rubber bushing maybe 3/4 to 7/8 inch

lower price..........

I use a H/F 7X12 mini lathe. Is this unit built for the proper height for a Taig based lathe or the H/F? Would it be to difficult for me to make the adjustment if it is built for the wrong machine?

I am interested in the purchase if it's feasible and still available.

Certainly feasible for a clever craftsman such as yourself. It's just a matter
of replacing the rod that supports the bearing with a longer one. I even
know someone who has an example for you to copy... but the price might
be kinda high:)

Anyone who could have found any use for this rest and let it escape have made a major disservice to themselves. Well thought out, well executed and a great bargain on top of all else.
