Stealth AT-1 Extension

I have a Stealth AT-1 jump cue that is missing the third piece, the extension.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement extension for this? I've looked online, but since this is an older cue, I really can't find any recent posts.

I assume this is a lost cause, but figured I'd try anyway.
