The greatest player to have ever picked up a cue. I wonder how many of our American cousins have even heard of him? It always makes me laugh when I hear them go on about such and such a pool player from the past, when Hendry would've crushed them all in his sleep.

As one of the commentators said the other day, there's never been a better player under pressure than Hendry. He got stronger the further he went, which is a very rare quality indeed.

Yes, I agree Stephen,I couldn't eat DOG either & I hope you haven't eaten HORSE.You know the ingredient listed as Beef on Findus Lasagne,Aldi Lasagne & Tesco Lasagne etc.Last time I ate a Findus Lasagne was 2/3 years a go & it tasted YUK.Anyway good to read that that he still play's 8 ball pool in front of 5,000 fans in China & is on the Snooker exhibition circut.:wink:

A Snooker website I follow had a warning to all members on sunday morning that anyone posting about the Stephen Hendry story circulating in Sunday's press would face a lifetime ban from the website so I haven''t bought a newspaper for years .

I phoned my sister who buys newspapers & she said didn't you see the front page of The Sun ? It's all about Stephen Hendry walking out his marraige & I said no but if that made the front page of The Sun & they are gutter press it's hardly worth reading but now it's getting reported on other newspapers but it's like the website I follow said please respect the privacy of what goes on in other peoples life's at times like these & no comments are required.

We've covered every angle on the missing Malaysian aeroplane , Ukraine crisis is getting too complicated for our reporters & we can follow the Pistorious trial on Skynews so let's go front page on Stephen Hendry because it's nearly time for the Snooker World Championships & sex stories sell newspapers . :rolleyes::wink::grin:

There was a comment removed from the Daily Record about the costs of renting a home for the Ryder Cup Golf event over here & this house in Perthshire was offering access all areas for 5 days & nights rental @ £13,500 . :eek:

Might be a good idea as his wife could snooker him in the divorce courts for every penny he has got but now he can say he has no money left as it was invested in a luxury homes project.
