Used but in very good condition. Both butterfly style straps are included inside the large pouch. Case was only used for storage, small worn spot inside the case as shown in picture 2. All straps, handles, and zippers work properly.

You can put a vacuum nozzle on it to clean the chalk off. And the small tear is easily fixed with some thread and five minutes.
