Steve Herlacher Maple and Cocobolo Cue

This is a hard to find Steve Herlacher cue that I am selling for the wife of a very close friend that passed away last October. As far as I know this cue has never been played or chalked. The first $600.00 get this beauty shipped and insured including joint caps. Here is the description for the cue:
Butt: Figured maple with a cocobolo butt plate inlayed with 4 cocobolo diamonds and 4 ivory scalloped diamonds.
Forearm: Curly Maple with 8 floated cocobolo floated points.
Joint: 3/8x10 with cocobolo joint sleeve.
Shaft 1: 12.90 mm, 3.72 ounces with phenolic ferrule and layered tip and no joint collar.
Shaft 2: 13.10 mm, 4.10 ounces with phenolic ferrule and layered tip and no joint collar.
Butt weight: 15.22 ounces.

Hey there,

on the first post you wrote it's a Steve Herlacher cue. On the last you wrote this cue was bought by Steve Herlacher?!?

So what brand is it?

I'd also like to know what kind of joint it has & if there is a weight bolt thread and if there is a weight bolt inside.

Yes. I stated the cue was made by Steve Herlacher from Zebulon, NC. He said he made the cue 12 years ago and gave me the story on it. It said is was one of his early cues and was interested in getting it back for sentimental value. I think it is very cool that the cue has made a full circle and is going back to it's creator.
 
I am sorry. I forgot to answer your other questions. The cue has a 3/8x10 flat face joint with a cocobolo joint collar. I can't answer the questions about the weight bolt because the cue has been packed and dropped off at the post office already.
