What's up with the Klapp cues website? Domain has been down for like a month now. Is Steve still making cues because I had planned on having him make a sneaky for me.

Yeah he is, I doubt he noticed his domain was down. I will have him renew it
 
Steve just moved back to Illinois and is getting his shop back up and running.
 
has anyone been able to get in contact with steve lately, i've been calling him for 2 weeks and he's not answering and his voicemail box is full
last thing he told me when i spoke to him a few weeks ago was that his lathe switch broke and he was having major issues fixing it, but that's no reason to stop answering
if anyone knows what's up let me know

Just talked to Steve.... he is getting a new Lathe today as his old Hightower has been giving him some problems. He says he will be back in business soon. :D

Talked to him last Wednesday and he said he talked to you already.

The issue I'm having is I don't know if he shipped my cue out or not. He said it would be ready last Monday, sent final payment Monday night. Wednesday I gave him a call and he told me to text him my mailing address.

I live in Illinois, and he's right by Galesburg (3 hours away), and I still haven't gotten it yet. Don't know if it's in the mail or not.
 
Do not blame you on status up-date. Kind of nice to know. Communication is of 'utmost' importance when doing business weather it's good ....or bad news.
 
Anybody hear from Steve lately ? Is he OK ? Not returning any of my attempts to contact him for almost 2 months. Last time we spoke it was all good and I sent him $. Kind of odd. I know he moved as he did some work for me.

Yeah, I was talking to him 2 days ago. He was finishing up my cue and ended up putting a gouge in it. Decided to eat it and make me a new Bocote sneaky with a free matching jump cue.

If it's hard to get a hold of him, message Ideologist on these forums.
