I own several Steve urate cues. He used to make nice cues until he decided to become a scammer, stole money from a lot of people. He came back a couple of times with different names, built a reputation for a year or so and then scammed all his customers again.. some of his nicknames are "dcuekid" and also "Luisito Valo".
Heard he's a junkie or something.
