I still can't get my account to work. It keeps saying "the content you requested is already in use by your account" It refreshes itself but keeps going back to that same page. I haven't been able to watch any matches since Wed night.

do you have the latest version of media player?
The feed is still not working for me. I keep getting the same error as you did, "Your account is in use... ". It worked Monday and has not worked since.
What did Bob do to get it to work? Do you have Bob's contact info?
