Probably very few people bother going to the IPT forum but there were several posts today by players receiving their May payments. My guess is very few players believed they would get their 4th payment and even less probably believed they would get this one (their 5th). If this one was for another 11% then they are at 55% paid, this has to be very, very good news for many of the players. It has been on life support for quite awhile but it is not dead yet.

I sure hope so, but, I think they're just paying off what's owed to "tidy up" and dodge the lawsuits. As has already been stated ad nauseam, it would be nice to even see the IPT come back with smaller purses just so it can get rolling again. Then build up to the mega payoffs. Anything would be better than it's complete demise.
And I also am of the opinion that most of the players who were scorned will have very short memories IF the IPT does start back up. I can almost hear the ol' train conductor's cry of "All aboard!!"....
