I've just noticed that thread. It's amazing how everyone who posts something considered negative about TAR gets attacked. Maybe there is a reson behind that guys? I understand Justin and Chad are very busy more often than not and they are small business. They have all my respect for what they do for the game of pool. And I have been always happy with TAR service and how they treat their customers - EXCEPT for one thing. I would expect a reply if I write an email or a PM on the board. Yes, every time. When it is not replied in time, it gets lost eventually. I think I have over a dozen of my messages unreplied. That is one thing which makes me sad occasionally. I understand being busy but at the same time I think giving a reply even of a single string does take 5 minutes at most.
I have an order not delivered, and most probably that's not TAR fault but post and/or customs services. I never asked for a refund and will not. I will place a new order and leave previous one as a donation to TAR as they deserve it. But all my attempts to clarify what should we do about that situation failed, the email/pm conversations always died due to an unreplied one.
