Glad to hear the cue found its way to the new owner. How late was it compared to their expected delevery time for the shipping option? Did they offer a refund for delivering late?

Unless it is sent express mail there is no guarantee on delivery. As there has been about a thousnad threads on how to ship a cue the number 1 rule is send it overnight no matter who you use. Anyone who ships it otherwise is rolling the dice over a few bucks more.
