Stolen Cues

hey guys.......just wanted to let everyone know that my best friends cues got stolen last night......the first cue is a 6 of 8 schon that was given to him many years ago by me as a sign of our friendship and its his baby.....second is a one of a kind pechauer jump/break cue that i designed about 3 years ago.....first one ever made with 4 points of cocobolo......and another thing that makes it different is the fact the collars are plain blac no silver rings like most pechauer cues......these cues are very valuabale and mean alot to my best friend......so can you guys help me out and be on the look out ....if anyone comes acroos them let me know as i know he would be more than happy to pay a reward for there return.......juston coleman

Juston, you should explain what city, time, and place they were stolen so people have an idea of where this happened.
 
thanks king.......this just happened here locally at a bar called hometown off of hwy 18 in macon ,ga.......happened around 9:30-10:00 last night.....from what i understand there was also another set of cues stolen from the same place about 2 months ago.....those cues belonged to another local player thats a good friend of mine named derrick fountain......if i can get a descrition ill post it also........just sucks that someone would do this.....pool has a hard enough time becoming a respectable sport and we have to deal with this kind of stuff........thanks again king........juston coleman
 
well we have never taken pics of the cue .....but the fact of it being hand signed on the forearm 6 of 8 is a great id.....i have only seen one other and that was the 4 of 8......we have notified the local pawn shops and local places that people play at.......just been a rash theft ring on cues going on here .....juston
 
I live down in Augusta Ga if i see something to that cue .I'll get back to ya .Hell someone down here stole my Blud cue just the other day .Dam i wish i can find the poor soul who did i got some thing for him ---->>>> :_)

As I told you on our AIM Id try to get some pictures of it . If you send me at least a good description and rough diagram of the cues I will have them posted for free on a website . You can then post a link fo people to see .You can do this in paint if not anything . I also would get ahold of the maker as some makers keep a picture of the cue they made in their records .
I would also offer a reward "wanted alive or whooped ass" the peron who had taken cues from xxx on xxxx . I am so tierd of people stealing cues it is pathetic . I have had my cue collection stolen aklso and have made preperations for when anyone of them surface . I think that a solid rule should be placed on thieves of cues and examples made .Aim me justin with the stats and I will have a page posted for you for free

I'm really sorry to here about your friends stolen cues.In the old west if someone stole another mans horse, that would be just reason to shoot them.
Cues can be such personally intimate things to a pool player.That thief deserves to be shot.

I once sold a Falcon Cue with a predator shaft to this guy after I did a cue upgrade. I had paid $800 and sold it for $500.A half a year later a friend from my home pool hall bought it off an unknowing pawn shop owner for a measly $100 complete with a Silver Fox case ($200).Kinda makes me wonder how much the pawn shop owner paid the crack head who sold it to him.

A cue that can bring endless hours of personal enjoyment, smoked up in minutes in a crack pipe.It's really sad. Best of luck to your friend, RJ

i know i am in vegas, but i will keep an eye out, never know, they might come here next month( bca nat. 9-b ). i know a lot of people here, so i will be what i can for you.

Justin how were the cues stolen? Did your friend just leave them lying around and had his back turned or what?

Did your friend have it insured by the way? It's usually a good idea to do that for expensive cues.

Stolen cues

I'll keep my eyes out for them over here in Savannah. That Schon should be easy to spot.
