Stolen Pool Cue

I had a pool cue stolen from my home recently and would like any advice I can get on how I might go about recovering it......It was stolen from my home on West Mcneese St. in Lake Charles, La. It is a custom-vintage 41 year old Brunswick pool cue that resembles a high end adams or Balabushka.......It has a white maybe considered off white Linen wrap on the handle ..........has mother of pearl inlays on the sides of the points........has multicolored points........has pearl dot inlays on the butt and did have a brunswick sticker on the butt.........I sure hope you can help me............
 
NO one is answering so i will just tell you to do a search. There's tons of real good advice out there as it happens so often. The pool community is real small and IMO over 50% get returned.
 
File a police report, keep an eye on all the pawnshops you can, watch ebay. pray.
 
Check around the Winner's Choice tourneys in Sulphur and also with the Fast Eddie's tourney and Big White Diamonds Barbox tourney coming up in the next couple of weeks.....
 
Maybe check out the local pawn shops...but the thief won't get top dollar there
 
I hope you may be able to help me find it .......do you live in the phillipines now or here in the US....It is even possible if could have gone to the phillipines since my ex-girlfriend is from there..........Hope you can help me find it...............
 
This happened to my son last Febuary. I also posted on az. Some wise person on the forum suggested a flyer with a reward no questions asked. So my son put the flyer up in all the poolrooms around our area. He got a phone call and exchanged some money for his cues and they were back in his posession within 3 days.
It's worth a try.
