Storing a pool table outside may present a myriad of problems depending upon your location. Depending on environmental conditions, wood can absorb moisture or dry out, it can expand or contract, etc. I live in the high desert area of California and have seen temperatures of 124 degress in August. Conversely, Florida has many mold problems because of high temperature and humidity. The Northern part of the US has freeze/thaw cycles in the winter. I'd be very careful if I were you about storing your pool table outside. You may want to pose this question, including your location, in the "Talk to a Mechanic" section of this forum. They're the experts. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
