Red Shoes has two straight pool leagues going now-Mondays and Thursdays. George Fels is one of the players and there are 3 or 4 players who have run 100. Red Shoes also had a straight pool tournament last year attended by Jeff Carter and Dallas West.

ProTyme Billiards in Orland Park Illinois is starting a straight pool league next Wednesday. One of the fellows from the Illinois Billiard Club is helping get it started.

had several straight pool tournaments but I don't know about a league. Tom Kollins helped run the tournaments and Willie Munson came down from Milwaukee to play.
Also, Sailor (Frank Stellman) recently had a 14.1 tournament in Wisconsin and I know he is very interested in promoting 14.1. He is an older gentleman who makes cues, and teaches pool. He knew Willie Mosconi and was taught straight by Joe Diehl out of Rockford, Illinois. Joe also taught Dallas West, among others.
