Straight Pool Video Playlist On Youtube

Hey Guys :)

Over the past week or 2, I've been looking around on youtube for various videos of matches and high runs in Straight Pool that have been uploaded by other site users, and due to a good number of videos being available, I've decided to create a video playlist especially for straight pool, for everyone to enjoy, and to also help promote Straight Pool as a whole :)

This playlist is purely for everyone's enjoyment and if there are any other SP matches and high runs added to youtube, then I'll add them to the playlist as I find them and also, if there are any videos/matches that have been removed by the uploader or youtube staff for whatever reason, I will obviously remove these videos from the playlist to keep it updated :)

Thanks for the link Wiz. I never searched utube for straight pool. There's some good ones there that i haven't seen yet. I'll check em out.....

There's a few updates to the playlist :)

The SP run by John Smidt at the DCC a few years back, the 2 clips of Willie Mosconi and Jimmy Caras match up, at the Valley Forge H.o.F Dinner from 1991, and the jelly bean match up between williebetmore and breakup :)

Any more updates will be posted here :)

I wanted to say thanks for setting up that list. I found the Crane/Balsis match a few weeks ago and I've watched it a half dozen times since then.

I love straight pool. :)
 
Hey Guys :)

I have removed the Sigel/West match up from the playlist, at the request of Pat Flemming because of the copryright issues that have been breeched by the original uploader(s) of the video clips, to which I have removed the video respectfuly, to which Pat responded and appreciated the removing of the videos from the playlist :)

I have asked him to keep checking out the playlist so that if there are any other videos that he owns the copyright too, I will happily remove them from the playlist as well :)

I have made this decision purely out of respect and courtesy for the amount that Pat has given to pool over the years with all the videos of tournaments, exhibitions, etc over the years, and I think that credit and respect should be given where it's due :)

I'll be having a look around on youtube shortly for some new videos, so be sure to check out the playlist over the next week or so for any new SP videos that may be added :)
