Being somewhat uneducated about this process, I was wondering how it is that people can set up a camera and "stream" live matches to the rest of us on the net.....I suppose the video camera is attached to a computer, and that would be the technical answer, but the larger question is, why is this free process allowed while others are trying to make money doing it?
Don't get me wrong; I enjoy the "streaming" and am grateful to the person doing it, but I am just curious about it.........Can anyone attending a tournament with a video camera and a laptop do this? (Obviously, only if the tournament allows it)
