Strickland and Hoa

Who would you put your money on here?

Strickland (not to brag, but I actually beat Hoa in a race to 7 a few weeks ago at HardTimes. FWIW, just to throw a fun fact in, at Shooters a couple weeks ago Hoa asked Efren for 10-7 and the breaks.)

Tang Hoa took a long break from pool, and he has been trying to get back in stroke recently. It looks like he is back in stroke for the Open. I doubt Tang was playing as well against you as he is now.

Hoa said that he'd been playing Efren a lot to get back into stroke, all different games. I would say that's a good way to get back into stroke.

Tang Hoa

Tang comes into Hard Times and hits balls with Dave Hemmah at least once a week. He seems like he is starting to get back into it but he still is spending most of his time playing cards.

I know that. He played perfect the first three games, and was up 3-0. He missed a tough shot in the fourth game, and I got out and ran the next two to tie it at three, and from there it was a dogfight. I'm not as good as Tang, but I can play a little. I lost to Parica 9-6 at Shooter's.
