To pull out another match vs Fu. Fu got a great start, up 4 to 0. Earl roared back, tied it at 4-4. Fu won the next two..6-4. Again, Earl put two together and tied it once again at 6-6. Never looked back, won the next two to get to the hill, 8-6. Fu won the next game to make it 8-7. A safety battle ensued, with Fu blowing a shot. Earl saw his chance, ran the table...wins 9 to 7.

Congrats Earl!!

TV Table (play starts at 5pm Taiwanese time)
Chien-Che Huang (TPE) v Alex Pagulayan (CAN)
Marlon Manalo (PHI) v Efren Reyes (PHI)
Po-Cheng Kuo (TPE) v Earl Strickland (USA)
Fong-Pang Chao (TPE) v Imran Majid (ENG)

Table 2 (play starts at 5pm Taiwanese time)
Marcus Chamat (SWE) v Thorsten Schober (GER)
Dennis Orcollo (PHI) v Pei-Wei Chang (TPE)
Johnny Archer (USA) v Niclas Bergendorff (SWE)
Rodolfo Luat (PHI) v Ching-Ching Kang (TPE)

One thing I've noticed about Earl is that he always plays well at the WPC, he is probably the most consistent player along with Efren.

Well that's no suprise being they are the greatest two pool players that God ever built. Both of these guys skills are light years beyond everybody else.
