how does lbm compare with the linen based jumpferrules ? I'm looking for a material that holds up well and is white. And could someone tell where i can buy it. Thank you.

if you want tough, ivorine 4 is about as tough as you can get
atlas sells the rod or precut & threaded ferrules

I don't think any of the white LBM is as strong as the Canvas Phenolic. If you are wanting to use it for a one piece break jump ferrule-tip combo I don't suggest it, although some are using it and getting by with it.

i got a piece from dale chilton that he uses on his flying eagles. pretty hard stuff whatever it is
