I have recently picked up a couple nice cues and have my eye on another. Both of these cues have incredibly figured wood and hit extremely solid.

the lakewood shafts are not low deflection. They play more like standard maple shafts but have a really solid hit to them. Very dense wood.

the other shaft is the Trans-k low deflection shaft made by Pat.
